Fly-in Requirements – please read before registering below
In order to attend our fly-ins, single or multi day, there are some requirements all pilots need to meet
- Register for the event
- Aircraft and its pilot need to be legal
- Have a minimum or 3rd party insurance cover on your aircraft.
- Read and agree to our Participants Fly-in Code – You can find that here
- Read and have a copy of our Emergency Response Guide – You can find that here
- Agree to our disclaimer – I/We FURTHER AGREE TO ACKNOWLEDGE that the Association is in no way responsible to Me/Us, My/Our dependants, or any other persons, for injury or damage sustained by Me/Us or them, or for any damage that may be done to My/Our property while I/We are engaged in any Association activity. I/We HEREBY IDEMNIFY the Association and/or its officers against any claim or claims which may be brought about by any third party in respect of damage or injury caused by Me/Us while engaged in any Association activity.

- Have an up to date map on your device , chart book or paper map
