Last Saturday, pilots from around Tauranga were able to take a group of Blue Light kids for the flight of their life. The weather was “incredible” as the photos show.
Those flying were:
- Philip Thompson-Bonanza
- Russell Borman – Cherokee
- John Roberts-Tecnam
- Dale Radford-C172
- Chris Snelson -C172
The group took 14 passengers in total and every one of them had an experience they will not forget.
Kurt Waugh was the police organiser as Trevor Brown allocated it to him as is a pilot himself.
